You have 60 days from the date of deliver to return any unwanted orders. Please see our returns page for full details and how to do this.

If for any reason there is any issue with your order/products please contact us as soon as this is discovered. Please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue and how it was discovered, along with an image illustrating the issue. Once we have the above we can begin to investigate and work to a solution as soon as possible.
All cycles will come somewhat flat packed requiring minimal tools to put them together. However, for a fee we can have the bike pre-built for you and you’d simply need to install the pedals and turn the handlebars and it will be built after arrival.
If possible, do not sign for an order where the package is damaged on arrival. If you have taken delivery of the order, don’t worry. Simply take pictures of the damage and please contact us, we’ll help get you sorted.
We dispatch up to 4pm Monday to Friday and up to 2pm Saturday with the Royal Mail. Courier times vary.
